The light-coloured fabric reflects solar radiation, while evaporative cooling pulls heat from the dog. Simply immerse the cooling vest in water for a couple of minutes, then squeeze the excess water from the coat so that it feels cool but not wet.  It is now ready for use.

The cooling vest will keep your dog cool for up to 4 hours before it will require revitalising with water.
