If for any reason you are not satisfied with your dog bed you are welcome to contact us to have the matter resolved.
Please understand if your dog has started using the bed, or 14 days have gone by since receiving the bed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Choozy dog beds or j coats as they are made to order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will be processed.
The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days. Please allow the credit a few days longer to appear on your statement.
Once the credit has been applied we will contact you again via email to notify you a credit has been applied to your card.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the bed.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your item to reach us may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for the return journey back to us. Please understand we will not be responsible for lost items if no insurance or a tracking number is not provided.
Returning beds via post can be expensive so please choose sizing carefully. It's often better to go up a size to be sure.
